Uni Sushi - The Woodlands

We had a fantastic experience at Uni Sushi on Thursday evening. From the drinks to the appetizers and the large main plate, everything was amazing! The head chef, Nam, and our server were both outstanding!

The food was delicious, but our experience was marred by the service. Our server, a girl with blond streaks in her hair, seemed to ignore us after we placed our order. She spent time chatting with the table next to us but never once checked in on us. We weren’t offered refills or any additional ordering, not even dessert. It was frustrating that she only came over after our plates were cleared to present the bill. We’ve never felt so disregarded; I'm not sure if it was because we were dressed casually or if it was because our initial order wasn’t substantial. It was surprising to see her engage in conversation with the other table while neglecting our needs. We’ve dined here multiple times, both casually and dressed up, and have never been treated this way. It's quite disappointing. On a positive note, the host was very pleasant.

The best sushi I've ever experienced, and I've tried it in many places!

I’ve been going to Uni since it opened and I’m very disappointed in the atmosphere and the ladies bathroom! It’s time to update the place! The sushi is excellent and the service but it needs help inside!

Best sushi in The Woodlands by far. Phenomenal service great atmosphere and they all take care of me so well. Everyone is friendly and the food is amazing.
