フィードバックを提供するI was the only one in line and waited 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a frappuccino. I ordered an ice cream coffee in the morning, and they didn't have it available. It's hard to believe how this place stays in business. Every restaurant I've visited recently has messed up my order, been out of stock on items, or taken an incredibly long time to prepare what should be fast food.
After checking my food, I realized there were no napkins in the bag. While I hadn't specifically requested them, I expected they would be included with my meal. My breakfast sandwich fell apart, making it difficult to eat. The hash browns were greasy and nearly inedible; they tasted boiled rather than crispy. I prefer my hash browns to be crunchy, but these were definitely overcooked. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this experience and won't be returning.
I ordered the large king sandwich, and I think it could use a bit more of the special sauce. It was a little dry, especially with the two types of meat. Overall, it was just okay.
I really enjoy Burger King, but this location is quite popular and unfortunately has very poor service. I realize they might be short-staffed, but driving through the drive-thru, I noticed the property is not well-maintained. It might be time to consider shutting this place down and starting fresh.
I strongly recommend that this restaurant be shut down. Please reach out to the Burger King franchise to express your concerns—every complaint counts! I've visited this location three times on random days, and each time the doors were locked in the middle of the day, with no one at the drive-thru. I've tried several times to get food, and there have been moments when the restaurant was open, but they were out of basic items. Once, they even ran out of burgers—this is a burger place! They've also had no fries, no chicken, and no breakfast options because their microwave was broken. As for drinks, it seems like they can’t keep stock. Yes, I understand supply chain issues, but there are other places nearby where they could source food, like Winn-Dixie. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation. Trust me, contacting corporate is essential—this is unacceptable!
