Baskin-robbins - The Villages

On November 14, 2018, I had a wonderful experience at Baskin-Robbins thanks to Gabriel, who was incredibly nice and generous. We had many questions, and he answered all of them with great knowledge. Baskin-Robbins is fortunate to have him on their team. His excellent customer service and charming personality made our visit memorable. We will definitely return because of his attentive service and warm smile. Thank you, Gabriel!

I would rate this restaurant five stars, but they didn't have enough vanilla for my banana plate, which came with two scoops of vanilla. Also, I found it odd that they used almonds instead of peanuts for the banana nip. Other than that, the service was excellent, and the staff had great personalities.

The ice cream cake was fantastic! If I could give 5 stars, I would, but the server wasn't very knowledgeable. To her credit, she appeared to be new. We'll give them another chance to earn that fifth star.
