Burger King - The Vale of Glamorgan

Absolutely horrendous was cold and bacon was full of fat never go here again , terrible food.never seen bacon like it before honestly

I been here a few times as it’s in a great location, yesterday though was probably one of my best visits. There was a lovely young lady called Charlotte, she’s a survivor there she was so kind and helpful to me and my kids. She helped us with out order as we were so tired we had no clue what we wanted. She even talked to us as as is she knew us for a long time, but at the same time she was very professional we felt so cared for it felt like we were in a proper restaurant. she even brought our food to us when it was ready she was a lovely person and the food was amazing just what we need after a long day nice and hot, but with how Charlotte was with me and my kids honesty made the meal a whole lot better would 100% recommend.

Very lovely food. Sam accommodated all of our needs, he was superb. Very fast service and brilliant quality. Definitely a family favourite!

Not sure what 's wrong with this location. They always park you up every god damn time. What 's the point of the drive through?? Looking through the service window glass the other day before I was ushered away to park up I saw a counter go from green to red on my car. My suspicion is they fail on processing speeds (sub 2 mins) so they park you up to make it look like they have served you in the 'alloted ' time and keep BK HQ off their back. In reality they would fail all the time as the cannot seem to serve anyone within 10-15 mins.

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes for food when it wasn’t busy, no apology. Food arrived and all three kids meals had cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers which they don’t like. Went in to speak to manager, he refused a refund so had to wait for them to replace with hamburgers while my food was going cold. Never again, just awful customer service.
