Zero Degrees

Zero Degrees is understaffed with only 1 person running the front to take orders and make the drinks. We came in to grab 3 boba drinks since Long Coffee next door was closed early. Our boba was undercook and frozen, and our drinks too sweet. This did not hit the spot. I’d expect this in a strip mall in Dallas but not in Viet Town in Houston.

I guess business owner changed. They don’t have thinner fries anymore . They are giving regular fries chillies and calling as Cajun fries . They used to put water outside at counter, it is not there anymore . Staff looks tired in early morning. Sorry but Disappointed.

My girlfriend usually love this place, our order is just regular elote with carne asada on top and when we got our order it was just corn and carne asada. There where no elote sauce or anything so when we asked for it on the side, daniela wanted to charge us for something that should have already come with our meal. And I asked her why when we already paid for it and she gave me attitude and seemed annoyed and told me they already made and it was extra on the side. Which doesn't make sense since we already paid for elote and we should have got all the sauces that comes on elote. Wish I could have gave zero stars for zero degrees. HORRIBLE customer service.

Just say it was not this one. I didn't know that I ordered from AZ. I called them to tell them to cancel the order to give me my money back. The manager right away say no. That is just wrong . I paid about $42 dollars at that place they just took my money just like that. No refunds at all. Wow
