I had Bill's Buger, proudly advertised as a Texas Monthly top 10 burger, which came with bacon, sautéed onion, Prime sauce, and jalapeno. It was an incredibly complex flavor, and almost every bite was unique. First I noticed the bacon, then the mysterious, creamy, tangy white Prime sauce (mayo-based), then a grape-sized grilled jalapeno that was juicy and mild and sweet. I tasted my wife's medium-rare cheeseburger and it was mustardy and excellent. The hand cut fries were good. The young people working the counter were cool too. We went a little before sunset on one of those rare mild Houston days, and somehow the place was empty. We stood back while looking over the menu but the guy at the register started chit chatting with us and being friendly. We watched some very intense golfers working on their form or whatever. They're safe from a distance and made for some great people watching. Throw in the beautiful sunset and weather... and it was surprisingly magical. We'll be back. They had some shakes and other interesting burgers that are calling to me.
Exceptionally delicious and clean and fun commodities
Weather was perfect for eating at the golf course. Hickory burger slightly less well done than I like, but passable.
We stop by here after walking in the park. Service is always fast. They could use some lower calorie options on the menu. Like a very small order of fries.
I’ve run memorial for 17 years and this is the first time I’ve ever eaten at Beck’s. The best part is the outside seating by the golf course. Weather was perfect today in the mid 70s and an ahi tuna burger was perfect. Beautiful views and the service was top notch.
