I enjoyed the holiday blend coffee I had there today. The young lady who served me was a complete professional, I didn't want to get chatty so she respected that and continued to smile and serve. The coffee was fresh and fragrant. I sat there and read the news, did some people watching and enjoyed my coffee. I don't go very often, because of the mall atmosphere, but when I do go I enjoy it.

The lady with darker hair was super helpful. I ordered a cup of tea with my mobile app but the address was default on Upper James. She suggested me to call them and ask them to call her back so I could have a replacement without second charge. I mean it made my day after having a rough month.
