Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

So I’ve been going to Rosa’s for years now. My last three visits have been less than ideal. The food has been dry. The cilantro was bad. Just disappointing in general. I’ll give it another guy for nostalgia sake, but until I get better quality food, I have to leave the review

When you want something better than Taco Bueno or Taco Bell but don’t want to spend $25 for nachos at Mi Cocina. This is comfort Mexican food for gringos … they even serve honey with the fresh made tortillas. Plus the prices are reasonable even by these inflation prices everywhere else.

Came at 9:30pm for some tuesday tacos and was told that they ran out of tortillas. 30 minutes before closing and they were out. save yourself the trip and go 10 minutes north to the rosas in frisco. they were able to get me what i wanted at 9:55. ive always had a better time at that rosas anyways with food quality and customer service.

Everything I ordered was accurate, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations—delicious and flavorful as always.

Our family of 11 had our food quickly prepared. We all enjoyed the tacos and enchiladas. And always get the sopapillas.
