Taco Bell - The College of New Jersey

This place everytime I stop by it's smells like the use the map for the bathroom then for the lobby.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite foods. I have ordered from the Ewing location multiple times and have had somewhat decent service, but tonight 04/14/24, I have had a nightmare.I ordered five beefy five layer burritos and 5 chicken enchiladas. I ordered through the Taco Bell app and it was delivered by someone from DoorDash. I received my food in 40 minutes. I checked the bag and found out that I did not receive my 5 beefy five layer burritos and they gave me 5 other burritos. I immediately called DoorDash to get a refund or have the order remade with no results. The DoorDash Operator said I need to call the store.I called the store and the Manager was screaming and telling me options that makes no sense as they are the merchant that has to refund my order to DoorDash who then refunds it to me. I kept telling them what DoorDash told me and he refused to even acknowledge me and said to call DoorDash. I was on the phone for ten minutes that solved nothing but waste my own time. The DoorDash operator also stated the store manager was being rude and hung up on them after speaking to them for over ten minutes too! I called back DoorDash who said the manager was even more furious and did not let her speak. Two different Operators with the same results.Overall I have been a customer here for awhile, but after dealing with this issue, it was the final straw. This is the FIFTH time I have had issues with this store. The last few times they would eventually remake the messed up orders, but they refused to help me this time. I will no longer be coming to this Taco Bell again nor will I use the Taco Bell app to order my food. My advice is use DoorDash and deal with them directly or pick up your food from another Taco Bell and save yourself the nightmare issue.

The lady at the cash register had a attitude lack of service the food was cold and nasty and the drinks was water down the food made me itch for some reason.

There was 2 guy's and one female working one guy work the drive thu and the other one work the register waiting on people that came in and the girl I couldn't see her but I could hear her . The guy that work the register also had to take orders and go in the back and cook the food. They need more worker's because working on the register and fixing food is unsanitary. Plus the restroom ? was nasty and there were marks on the toilet people or workers putting out there cigarettes. It smell like someone was smoking marijuana in there. I would never go back there and who ever eats there have to be foolish and don't care how there food is prepare.

People cry that it 's not real mexican food. that 's fine, they don 't claim to be. it 's an Americanized version of texmex and it 's deliciousVegetarian options: anything with meat can be subbed out to make it vegetarian
