Starbucks - Texas City

This particular Starbucks location is not recommended. They can be quite rude when busy, showing impatience with customer questions and providing unhelpful responses like "I don't know." During a recent visit for a delivery, it seemed as though they were prioritizing drive-through and walk-in customers over those picking up orders. Despite traveling several miles for an order pickup, I arrived to find that my order had not even been started. After waiting for 15 minutes with no progress, I inquired about the status of my order only to receive another unhelpful "I don't know" response. Overall, this Starbucks experience was disappointing and left me wishing I had chosen a different location, such as the one near 1764 and I 45, which is known for being more efficient. The parking situation at this location is also difficult due to its crowded setting.

Great spot, drinks were just right for me, staff was friendly and enthusiastic. The prices were high, but it's expected with such a beautiful location. Food: 5/5

The restaurant has a spacious layout, with a ground floor featuring outdoor seating with high chairs, large chairs, and tables. There is also an air-conditioned indoor dining area that can accommodate many customers. The atmosphere is perfect for meeting friends, working, and dining with children. Rating: 5.
