Thank you Casandra for your help. I ordered a grain bowl with steak and it was out within 5 minutes.Great place to pick up something quick and meet friends in the commons for lunch.

The store is clean and cute, but to charge a service fee for just handing us a premade food is not acceptable. We paid $37 for two things with a $9 service fee!

18% auto gratuity for 1 person. Burrito was pre made. It was horrible. Go anywhere els but here. 17.64$ for cold, no steak burrito

Automatic gratuity added without this being clearly posted. They then still ask for a supplemental tip on the screen when you check out. This is ridiculous.

When I inquired about the unexpectedly high bill, the first clerk referred to it as "the autocrat." I was confused, asking, "What?" to which they repeated, "Autocrat." The second clerk chimed in with the same term, leaving me baffled and questioning if it was even English. It turns out they meant “auto-grat” or auto-gratuity. In my opinion, this is an unethical business practice. It's frustrating to have an undisclosed 18% charge added for takeout, especially when no table service is provided. While I did enjoy the pizza slice, I left feeling disappointed.
