Smoothie King - Terrytown

Yesterday, I thought the restaurant would be open, but I didn't see anyone inside when I looked through the door. As I was getting into my car, I noticed a young man and a woman in work uniforms approaching the door. They unlocked it to speak with an older man outside, who appeared to be the owner since he had keys to the bubble tea shop further down. I couldn't believe that these two young people were inside the store, but I was left wondering how they got there.

I went to the Smoothie King located at 900A Terry Parkway and ordered a specific smoothie, but they ended up giving me the wrong one. I called the store about six times before someone finally picked up. The person I spoke to, who I believe was named Carlos, didn't seem very helpful. When I asked for the manager's contact information or an email to address my concerns, he claimed he didn't have that information.

I used a voucher during my visit and really enjoyed my peanut butter and strawberry smoothie. My mom had a pineapple and strawberry smoothie, which she also liked.

They waited for us to go and did not visit us all the time. The store was not close. Once we left, they decided to get out of the closet, turn off the lights and close the store.

Mannnn, every time I come to this location my smoothies are PERFECT! I never wait more than 4 mins for an smoothie. The staff are always pleasant. Great atmosphere. I literally pass the one by my job to come to this location.??
