MangÚ Authentic Dominican Cuisine

Decided to come back to eat in Mangu and brought my family to try Dominican food. I love her Sancocho, although they only have it on weekends and I came on weekday. I ordered the Bistec encebollado with the Mofongo. The Bistec is super delicate and full of taste. The yuca with mojo appetizer was divine. My family loved it too. Definitely a place to visit if you want Dominican food.

We came to this restaurant recommended by the Dominican consulate. Everything was delicious. Home-made juices, the mofongo was great. The appearance of this restaurant it's chic and at the same time homely. Our server was very friendly and diligent. I highly recommend it!

Everything about my experience here was amazing. The staff and owner made me feel like family. The food was to die for. Try the pollo guisado, it was delicious. The prices are super affordable and you still receive quality. I implore everyone to come and eat here. Amazing experience, amazing people, amazing food.

Great Dominican Restaurant!! Sadly, it's too far from Slidell. But it's worthy to come here and taste their delicious food. I recommend any food from their menu. Each one have their unique flavor. This restaurant is Very Clean all around Dariana was such a great server. I can't wait to come back to Let's Mangú Restaurant ????

I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant, from the food and service to the atmosphere! I've been to many Dominican restaurants in the past, but none can compare to Mangu. The warm welcome I received set the tone, and the place was spotless, with an ambiance that truly made me feel like I was in the Caribbean. My husband and I started with the empanadas, and they were incredible. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the crust was wonderfully flaky! I chose the Tres Golpes for my main dish, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend paying them a visit—you won’t be disappointed!
