Restaurant Tenuta 6 - Terrebonne

This was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in the last two or three years. This is a wonderful Italian restaurant that is tucked away in a strip mall. Prices are high as I expected but the food was very fresh, the ingredients were delicious, and the service was so sweet and wonderful. I tried out my limited French and the waitress tried her limited English and we had a lot of fun. My meal was the ravioli stuffed with filet mignon and foie gras. It was amazing. My friend had gnocchi that was also terrific along with a very nice Cesar salad. Bar drinks were small and expensive but very well made. If I get back to the area I would certainly want to come back here for a meal. It was one of the highlights of my trip.

A jewel in an unexpected place. Just off the bridge you find the most delicious food served with attention. The specials of the day are always a discovery. Bon appétit.

We had supper here the month of March 2019, on a Saturday evening. We were a group of 4 people. We had 2 orders of fried calamari which we shared followed by 2 orders of the braised osso buco and 2 orders of the 12oz rib eye. The service was very good. I liked the calamari but the osso buco I wasn’t crazy about. I’m not sure whether the osso buco was beef or pork, it didn’t taste like veal to me (but I could be wrong), the meat was fall-off the bone tender but l found the sauce to be overpowering, I couldn’t taste anything else and it kind of ruined the dish for me. They have an extensive wine list and the bottle of red wine we had (a Centine Banfi at $43) was excellent. We did not have cocktails nor dessert and the bill for 4 people, tip included, was about $340.

Nappropriate if hosting an Italian party. Elements from the menu I pre-established with the owner were not served until I asked for them, waitresses had to be told to when to serve the different services and worst of all, more than half of my guests fell sick after the party. Very disappointed and embarrassed to have hosted a party here.

2 entrees 2 main dishes $45.00 salad or soup, nice selection of main dishes to choose from! This special is from Sunday to Thursday until....no idea! Clean premises comfy seating! Enjoyed our meal!
