Starbucks - Terre Haute

I go regularly, and as a service I got a few times that they have made my order wrong, which is rare.

Don 't waste time with mobile ordering. Other drinks will sit melting and/or cooling off on the counter while your order is slowly pushed back. I 've always thought Starbucks tastes a tad off and this disaster of an ordering system is another reason to avoid the place. There are numerous locally owned coffee shops that can out whip and out draw Starbucks any day.

This is my place to stop between Texas and michigan. always good service.

Needed to make a change for an order because 1)they were out of an item we ordered in the app and 2) I forgot to make a change to a drinkWe confirmed the change before they made the drinks and they made it wrong still. They said they could fix it but she made my husband feel bad so he just kept the original drinkThey also forgot one of our drinks and only gave us 2 even though we ordered 3

Lovely location, very kind people working here. They were personable and professional. Much needed break after a hectic morning.
