Imperial Lanes - Terre Haute

They gave us a broken bowling lane that would not give the correct amount of pins (we got through four frames in an hour). We asked to move; and they moved us, but would not reset our game. Poor customer service.

Awful service went in at 10:15 with my girlfriend to play a couple games which each game would take 5 minutes each considering it’s just us two and the close at 11 the guy at the desk demanded that he could only give us 1 game and had an awful attitude

Bowling lane kept malfunctioning.They kept working on it for 4 rounds. Finally switched us to a different lane, they would not let us restart game. Scores were all jacked up.

I totally enjoyed it. Nothing fancy, but just a nice atmosphere.

The staff is super nice! My family and I had a great time.
