Marina - Terras De Bouro

He gave us our drinks, we asked for a menu, and waited and waited. Eye contact didn 't work and neither did waving. We are English, though my friend lives here in Rio Caldo. Even though my friend speaks Portuguese it seemed we were ignored because he couldn 't be bothered with the fereigners . I love the Marina and I don 't expect this type of service. If the management read this we sat down outside Thursday at about 4pm.

We and the children had a lovely lunch here, after my husband and I had a very inexpensive couple of beers the evening before. It's a great spot, next to the lake formed by the rivers. The staff were very accommodating with my dodgy Portuguese, and amiable. Food is simple, well presented and fresh.

We were about to end our day trip and wanted to have an early dinner. But that was so early so we tried this place to wait and see the best view of Rio Caldo. The restaurant was only about to open for serving dinner. We were the first costumer for the early evening. Yet we were not bored because of the beautiful scenery. There were also a bus of tourist coming from somewhere to stop and see the scenery. Our dinner was served some minutes past and that was a delightful dinner. We went back to the hotel satisfied and was pleased of our choice.

LOOK AFTER! Scam. Dirty burger. McDonald's quality. Expensive and totally not value for money. Milkshake was a glass of much too sweet milk and cost a ridiculous amount of €5. Very angry. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €5–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
