The Cube Templemore

I stopped by this restaurant hoping for a quick and healthy dinner before going for an evening hillwalk, so I wasn't dressed up. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere. There were many older locals coming in for a chat or a meal (it was around 4:30 so it wasn't busy). My order came quickly and was perfectly cooked. I had ordered fish with salad only. The waitress asked if I wanted chips or potatoes as well, so I requested a few chips but mostly salad as I wanted to eat healthily. When my plate arrived, it had both chips and salad, and an extra side plate of fresh salad was brought out. I expected to be charged extra for this, but I was only charged for the original main course. The toilets were also clean and tidy. I can't wait to dine here again!

My recent stay at this lovely hotel was delightful. The staff was very friendly, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and there was lovely music playing in the lounge that evening. The bedroom was immaculately clean and had been recently redecorated. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for a short overnight stay.

Just left this hotel and gotta say I had a brilliant time. It's a small family run hotel in the centre of templemore and you can really feel the difference compared to the big chain groups. The staff are amazing, so friendly, too many to name check them all, but a special shout out to Eoin the barman, and also the chef, who makes the most incredible honey, orange and cointreau glaze for the duckling, best I've ever tasted! One thing to note, as its an older building, there are no elevators so it might not suit mobility impaired people. That said, the building only has 2 floors (3 if you're American! so it's only a few steps up to your room. Highly recommended.

This was a 3 night stay..The genuine warmth of the welcome and the friendliness of the staff throughout our stay was exceptional. We have seldom experienced a hotel where everyone is so friendly and pleasant. There was a very good breakfast included. The evening menu offered good choice and the meal was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable with all mod cons. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. We will definitely be back.

What can I say from beginning sending an email to see if there was availability to the stay just WORLD CLASS spotless great atmosphere lovely lovely staff special mention Catherine and Mary on reception so lovely professional and room was just fantastic. Definitely be back again
