The customer service is excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience."

I ordered delivery of an extra-large cheese thin crust and an extra-large pepperoni pizza. There was a mix-up with the crusts, but overall, the pizzas were delicious. I would recommend this place and will definitely be ordering again. Food: 5/5

I ordered two pizzas, but when I got home, the order was incorrect. I had a hungry family visiting, and I wanted to make them aware of the mistake, not to get anything for free. They asked me to return the pizza for a replacement, but at 10:00 PM, I wasn't going back out. The young lady I spoke with was rude and hung up on me. Customer service and politeness are essential, and it's disappointing to see a business overlook that. I didn't lie about anything. Some businesses may assume the worst about customers, but I simply wanted to address their poor service. When I tried to explain my situation, all I received in return was rudeness. An apology costs nothing. If you're running a business, you need to know how to connect with people. I spent my money there to support them, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be treated so poorly. It’s truly disheartening.

As a local realtor, I often travel to MD, DC, or VA depending on my clients' appointments. Yesterday, after finishing a meeting, we were in the area and decided to find a pizza place. We stumbled upon this one nearby. The prices were just right, and the portions were enormous – one pizza could easily feed more than four people!
