Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Temple City

Hi , I am a door dash driver and I will tell my experience here at this place , I was on my way to pick up and order for a client and it happens that the staff over at the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant told me that the order was picked up already and I didask them did you guys ask that person the name to make sure is the real me or to show the app picture of us ..this way isconfirmed is me.not some one.else. This staff does care about getting pay but they do not care about a respectful clients moneycos the restaurant.reduse toake.the food again or giving his money back , how dear this people do not care but there money , kwas so disappointed about the way they didn't care , i did cal the dash support and.make sure this client gets his money back ,which he Did. I Know.this could be also a lie from him but is the ethic and principles of how to take care of a client ,.cos.itcould be done some other way to.keep him happy I personally will refuse.to.pick.up from this one location due.to the lack ofprofessionalism . This.is.why.i.rate this one. .1 Desrrespected staff that laugh at me just cos I try to help So long andnever again ..

It's quite disappointing for a restaurant to call itself Hawaiian and not serve loco moco.

The food was delicious! It was my first time dining there.

The restaurant is exactly what you'd expect. The service is prompt and friendly, and the food is straightforward, which is fitting for a casual fast-food place.

Ordered takeout. Good food. Clean facilities!
