Zaxby's - Temple

This Zaxby’s location was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Zaxby’s is like a Raising Canes but with more food and sauce options. The chicken tenders at Raising Canes are better tasting in my opinion. But again you have more options at Zaxby’s. We went during lunchtime. Service was very fast and the food was hot and fresh. They have gluten free options and the manager was very knowledgeable about them.

I love the Kickin' Chicken sandwich meal. I've had problems with a manager named Brittany on a previous visit. She has poor customer service skills and complaint management.

Great spot, but let's be honest—it's brand new and specializes in chicken. That said, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick, with everyone busy at work. My wife's chicken tenders were perfectly cooked—juicy and flavorful, unlike what you often find at other places. The crinkle-cut fries were a bit on the soft side, though. On the other hand, my cob salad was outstanding! It was large and satisfying, packed with more ingredients than a traditional cob salad. I opted for grilled chicken, and best of all, they offer a military and veteran discount, so they definitely earn a solid 5 patriotic stars from me! This place is definitely on our "must-visit again" list.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I was absolutely blown away! The interior was stunning, from the decor to the friendliness of the staff. The food was simply delicious. I ordered the combo of 5 wings and 3 tenders, and it was expertly prepared. The toast was also fantastic. I mentioned to the manager, Valerie, that the wings were a bit hard on the bottom. She not only apologized but also offered to make me a fresh order, which I really appreciated—what a great experience! If you're looking for a fantastic spot to enjoy wings and tenders, this is definitely the place for you! I also loved how clean and professional everything was.

The location is impressive too; the building is clean, and the decor features beautiful hardwood finishes. There’s a nice mix of tables and booths, complete with comfortable seating. Customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend signing up for their rewards program, as they send you a coupon for a FREE sandwich meal! Overall, I highly recommend this place!
