フィードバックを提供するSlowly and deorganized. I went in because the ride was wrapped in the building. Should have stayed in the car. You lost my order. The person before me was short French hairdresser, so the server through his pockets that touch all his food without gloves. He was quite upset, but didn't make a scene. The server should have given him the haircut. No ice cream in the ice machine. No unsweetened tea and the ketchup station messy. When I left a costumer, I tried to get help on the counter, but was ignored. The people working there need better direction and attention to details. An occasional smile would be nice.
Why is this place closing the lobby at 6:00? I know they have tons of employees, I see they look at the door and laugh! No one does anything and the drive thru is wrapped around the building! This place has bad management at night and employees are rude!
I often visit McDonald's and recently had an issue with the speaker at the drive-thru. When I approached the window to inform them, they claimed they had already tried to communicate with me but I didn't respond and drove away. Despite still being willing to place an order and pay, they refused to take my order at the window. While I understand the need to maintain order, I feel exceptions should have been made given the malfunctioning speaker. This experience left me disappointed as a customer.
My order was wrong I ordered the new bacon QPC and asked for no tomatoes and the frits were not completely boiled... Soggy salty uncooked. Also the lady who took orders was very rude!!!
This McDonald's is the worst. I blame current management because it wasn't always like this. I constantly have problems with missing or wrong items. The manager has an attitude everytime and will walk away from you for an extended period of time I think she hopes I'll just leave or something. Always talks down to me I worked in restaurants and understand you need a hammer of a manager to keep things running but being rude to customers will run them off.
