That's as good as a real Texas grill. the müllplatte is the upper basket with its homemade grill sauce. a layer of fritos, beans, pork and sausages. the mac and the cheese are creamy and will meet the place. the ripening and the huh are juicy and tasteful. and the staff is a great baptism friendly people who can tell you that they love their job. this is a great place to get some great food and 7 12 dollars a teller!

During preparation of my meal, the server put its bare hands in a container of sausage without glove to get the meat out. then he put his bare hands in the pickel to give me pickel. Everyone who works in food service knows that you don't get ready to eat food with your barehands, it's clearly written in food code. then the cassian tried to tell me that I was wrong that he should wear gloves. disgusting!

The customer service was outstanding. David was extremely friendly and professional.

During the preparation of my meal, I observed the server handling sausages with his bare hands, without wearing gloves. He then proceeded to use his hands to grab pickles for my order. It's well known in the food service industry that handling ready-to-eat food with bare hands is against health regulations. When I pointed this out, the cashier attempted to argue that I was mistaken about the need for gloves. It was quite disappointing and unsanitary!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owners for the first time, and they were incredibly friendly. They even gave my grandson some gummy worms! The brisket was unbelievably flavorful and tender—it practically fell apart when I picked it up. It's been ages since I've had brisket this amazing. I also tried the ribs, which were just as delicious and tender. The sides—coleslaw, beans, and macaroni and cheese—were all excellent! In addition to BBQ, they offer butchered meats as well. There’s a well-known BBQ place just a block away that’s also famous, but I must say, the quality of meat at this BBQ spot is far superior. You absolutely will not be disappointed!
