Mcdonald's - Tempe

This my preferred mc D's for breakfast. Dinner ect. Forget it got 2 hot n spicys a cheeseburger. They were literally smashed so bad the had hand prints in them.

My experience here is consistent with other members of this ubiquitous franchise..... aside from record order, collect payment, deliver meal... the staff doesn 't seem adequately prepared to provide or especially skilled at providing service that goes above and beyond good enough.

Why does it say yall close at midnight but really closed an hour before????????? wack as hell unprofessional.... whoever the manager is needs to be fired.

I go through this drive thru every few weeks. Service is fast, order is correct. I've never had an issue with attitude, these people are here to dish up fast food, not to be my friends, and they do the job. Carry on.

The customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. My family and I frequently visit this McDonald's, and unfortunately, about four out of five times, we experience poor service. It seems that there is an issue with employee training, particularly in handling stressful situations and treating customers with respect. During our visit for breakfast yesterday, we noticed a homeless couple sitting near us, which added to the overall somber atmosphere. Additionally, it's disheartening to see the children's play area closed for such an extended period. This area of the city already lacks safe and enjoyable places for kids to play in the heat, and it's truly unfortunate that management has not taken the initiative to reopen this play space.
