This review shouldn 't come as a surprise given the experience I had. I attempted to be respectful at was treated contemptuously. The email response was disrespectful and late. Bad service closes doors faster than poor food quality. Hopefully this review serves as a Teaching opportunity Michael. Honestly I could go in to details but I 'd rather not. Customers beware if you have a problem with your food. The fact that this restaurant trusts associates with keys to close their business however they don 't allow them to process refunds is beyond laughable. Accountability means fixing what you broke and on the other side of my time being wasted and having people playing in my face I 'm pissed. Oh well There 's a dope taco spot around the corner who always delivers.
