Barro's Pizza - Tempe

I visited Barros tonight, which was surprisingly empty. We ordered a well-made pizza, but after waiting for 35 minutes and seeing another customer, who arrived after us, receive their order, I started to wonder what happened to our food. I asked a staff member to check on our pizza, but they never returned. After asking another employee, our pizza finally arrived. It seemed like they had forgotten to put our order in the system. By the time we got it, we decided to take it home, only to find that the pizza was slightly undercooked. Thanks, Barros! It was a strange experience, and the pizza was disappointing!

My order took a little longer than expected, but when I arrived at the restaurant, Kylie immediately informed me about the delay and apologized for the wait. She then spoke to her manager, who kindly offered me a free drink. Kylie was really nice and kept me updated on the status of my order. I want to highlight how important it is to treat service workers with respect and appreciation. Often, people forget to say thank you or acknowledge the effort these individuals put into their jobs. So, thank you, Kylie, for being there and providing me with great service! My food turned out to be very delicious, and the wing flavor was a standout hit. I will definitely continue to support this place. Just a quick note—the wait time wasn't as long as I anticipated. I was able to grab my lunch before 4 PM!

I've been visiting the pizza spots in East LA for many years, and Aroma consistently delivers outstanding service. I'm not sure if they are connected to any other places, but they certainly stand out. Overall, it's a great experience, and I plan to keep coming back!

Excellent pizza and wings. wings came hot and shattered. the middle buffalo sauce was right. wings were big and fleshy. pizza was great. good taste, plentiful beats and a light fluffy crust. the restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated. service was polite and friendly.

I ordered 24 piece wings online 8/13/2022.I wanted them half and half. Half barbecue and half medium check my statement on my debit card instead of charging me $32.00 they charged me $64.00 so which means they charge me twice for one order not to mention that the wings were really dry will not go back there which is too bad cuz I really did love their Pizza not sure why they charged me twice for one order!????
