Nik and his staff catered our large wedding (160 guests) last weekend as well as our rehearsal dinner. We had steak, potatoes, and greens. On our wedding day, we had brisket, bbq chicken, corn succotash, and greens. We also hired bar staff through them to serve drinks. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Nik and his staff were professional, accommodating, and very kind. They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were taken care of. We highly recommend this company for your rehearsal dinner and wedding.
