Pokeport Margarita - Temecula

This is a great place that no only offers Poke, but Korean dishes as well that you can mix as desired. Can't wait to go back.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered a large pokey bowl today through grubhub with 3 scoops of protein and different toppings. When I received my order all of my toppings were on the bowl but all of the protein was missing. The salmon,the tuna, and the spicy tuna. I immediately called because I paid $30 to have this delivered and I got on the phone with amanager who was extremely unhelpful and handed the phone to the kid who made my bowl. This kid then proceeded to tell me that Iwas wrong even though I was looking at my order right in front of my face and and insisted that he made my order correctly. Itold him that he was wrong that I order from pokeyport often and this is the 1st time that this has ever happened.. He offeredvery grumpily to have my bowl remade but I would have to drive out there to pick it up.. I respectfully declined and justassured him I wouldn't be ordering pokey port again. Also this kid who made my bowl hid a giant scoop of wasabi underneath allof the lettuce and I put the entire glob of it in my mouth on accident because I couldn't see it. Who does that?! I won't bereturning.

I immediately called to address the issue since I had paid $30 for delivery and spoke with a manager who was very helpful and put the person who made my bowl on the phone. This individual insisted that my order was correct, even though I had checked it myself and knew that it was not. Despite my explanation that I had ordered from the restaurant many times before without any issues, he grudgingly offered to remake my bowl but insisted that I pick it up myself. I declined respectfully and informed him that I would not be ordering from the restaurant again. Additionally, the person who made my bowl had hidden a large chunk of wasabi under the salad, causing me to accidentally eat it since I couldn't see it. Who does that?! I will not be returning.

Awesome customer service and food. And they make to order and not selfish with the helpings. Try PokePort you will not be disappointed!!!

I absolutely adore this place! We love coming here for the delicious and authentic Korean food.
