フィードバックを提供するI had the delight of sampling the roasted Crow's Pass beets, which came with tangerines, pickled red onion, Shaft's bleu cheese, local wild arugula, and blood orange vinaigrette at this restaurant. The beets were perfectly cooked, enhancing their natural sweetness. The addition of fresh tangerines provided a lovely burst of citrus flavor. The pickled red onion offered just the right amount of tanginess, beautifully complementing the pronounced onion taste. The bleu cheese was extraordinarily creamy, with a delightful sharpness. The arugula added a peppery touch with a hint of bitterness. Overall, the blood orange vinaigrette brought all the flavors together, resulting in a beautifully balanced dish. It was executed perfectly! I highly recommend it—definitely deserves two thumbs up!
