Only giving 5 stars... This place isn't even near the beach. I know it's in Temecula but that is no excuse. The food is mediocre and mostly brought in by me on Monday nights... So there's that, ya know? They don't have a kitchen just to be clear. Beer tenders are pretty awesome....especially Steve... Which makes it hard to understand why they fired him last April. Just don't tell Steve, he apparently doesn't know yet. Crazy right? He must be showing up and working for tips so I guess tip him well. So yeah, a solid 5 stars ... The beer is the best in the Inland Empire hands down. Yup, I used to make sense but now that I'm 5 pints in sitting at the bar writing this review and hanging with Steve... Not so much... So ....Yeah Aftershock is shakin'. See ya there!
So overall experience was not horrible. The beer wasn’t bad simply wasn’t cold enough for our liking. Everyone has a preference and this one just didn’t live up to our expectations. One flight and we had to move one. Not blaming the workers not their fault. I’m sure they don’t have temp control access. We just like our beer cold
Beer is fantastic. Had the Bless the Rains and the Third Degree, both were great. Will definitely be visiting here again since Friday nights are $5 pints.
The staff welcomed us and our Labradors with open arms. Great selection of beers, loved their Red Alert (creamy and smooth), the Turbulent Turbulence (hazy IPA) and the Malbec Barrel Aged Jess Y James (Stout). They even have bottles and crowlers. Will definitely come again soon.
