フィードバックを提供するLiterally my only complain was the quality of food and the chef I believe he goes by the name of Chef Bud.. I had the the burger and my wife had the Gumbo, first off the Burger was bland there was no seasoning at all the burger was try and i would have to say one of the worst burgers i have ever had and as for my wife 's gumbo Literally was like boiled down lobster water. The service was good, but now for the best part. After hearing us complain about how terrible the food was, there was a man who introduced himself as Chef Bud He Started asking what the problem was, both me and my husband expressed to Chef Bud how mad the quality was, he began to tell us that we had no taste or taste buds because he did not make terrible food there, he came off as being quite pompous and honestly has no idea what is doing when it comes to cooking, this could be a great little place, because we were told by locals to come here for dinner, after this experience i will NEVER return here again.
We've been coming here for several years now and it continues to decline. We keep hoping it gets back to its glory days but the prices just go up and the quality goes down.
Intimate bistro off the hotel lobby with only a few tables and small bar which means very personal service. The chef came out and spoke with us. The food was exquisite with unusual combinations. The menu changes almost daily so almost no point in describing what we had but our burrata salad over arugula was sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and drizzled with excellent balsamic. The entree of local river trout over pappardelle Al fredo with broccolini and grape tomatoes was out of this world.
Our server was so great! We arrived at the bistro a few minutes before closing and we were treated cheerfully, and the food was very good despite the kitchen being in the midst of shutting down.
What a lovely little restaurant! Off the lobby of the hotel but the lobby is so gorgeous and this space so cosy it works perfectly! Food was fantastic, service so friendly and attentive. Relaxed but high quality dining.
