Shtsupak - Tel Aviv-Yafo

Went to the restaurant at lunch peak hours and there was no tables available, but the host was very nice about it, so I decided to take away. I ordered the butter baked sea bream and it came with several side dishes. The food was amazing and they actually took into consideration my request regarding how cooked I wanted it. Their food was simple but very very delicious. Recommend and would visit again.

The mixed starters that come complimentary (provided each diner has a main) are great picked herring, coleslaw, beetroot, salad, fish roe dip don't eat so much that you can't have your mains! The mains mussels, fried fish, calamari shrimp were all good quality. Overall experience was good though the two service staff were clearly stretched with the busy dinner service. Super friendly though! Price is very decent with wine.

Fantastic spot for fresh seafood in Tel Aviv! It was nice to be welcomed with a set of small plates to share as soon as we sat down. Very good fried calamari and shrimp/scallops sautéed in butter garlic sauce. Would come back here again, even if it’s a little out of the way!
