フィードバックを提供するI had the pleasure of being assisted by Rodney at the register during my visit. He is exceptional at his job and truly understands the essence of effective customer service. Rodney takes great pride in his work, and I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer (Kyle) at this location. He is an invaluable asset to this Burger King and deserves a raise for his outstanding work ethic and dedication. Rodney truly deserves recognition for his efforts. My experience at BK was nothing short of satisfying. Additionally, I appreciate the respectful atmosphere he fosters. I interacted with him multiple times, and I was consistently pleased with the level of customer service provided.
I observed an elderly couple at Burger King sharing a small hamburger and a small order of fries. They divided the burger carefully and split the fries down the middle. Feeling generous, I approached their table and offered to buy them an extra meal in case they couldn’t afford two separate orders. The old man replied that they share absolutely everything, including their meals. I returned to my seat but couldn't help but notice how patiently the old man waited while the woman enjoyed her half of the meal. I got up again and asked if I could buy them something else to eat. The old man reiterated that they share everything. Curiously, I asked why they weren’t eating together, and he said, "I'm waiting for the teeth."
