Chicken Chkmeruli and mashed potato were just amazing, the best Chkmeruli chicken I have tried so far. It's unfortunate that the chicken does not come with any sides so I definitely recommend ordering mashed potato as a side. The starters did not impress me at all. Eggplant with walnuts was okayish and the pkhali assortment was just mediocre to my taste (the only kind I really liked was the pumpkin-based pkhali). They don't have house wine but the wine selection is pretty wide and nice (3/3 wines we had were very good) although expensive (the prices per bottle start at ~70 GEL). Overall prices are high for Georgia, they also specify the prices without VAT and the final bill adds 18% on top.

Friendly personal, high-quality foods, rich menu, delicious, fast services. I love Georgian kitchen. Number one for me.

Great experience. The service was beautiful and the restaurant Ambiente is beneficial for a good culinary experience. Shkmeruli was aromatic, but something too salty. Phkali was excellent. Spices were found in every bite. The kachapuri was also excellent. We had a simple kachapuri.

Amazing place with amazing food. I totally recommend it We enjoyed everything there. Try salmon tartare if you like tartare : Try veriko salad, salmon grilled was perfect, the pumpkin soup was normal but the sea food soup was also good. I don’t remember the cheesecake’s name but it was perfect
