Ate here during my grandma's wake... Oh the chicken, fine.

Quite disappointed with this branch. As mentioned they cater home delivery. But upon calling the branch and the hotline apparently they do not do delivery. They should've removed the home delivery service to avoid inconvenience from asking the branch and hotline.

Chicken Inasal. Unlimited rice. The only good thing I can say is that it has a big serving of chicken. Aside from that the place is hot, smokey, and breeds mosquitoes. Even the guy who serves rice is not that quick. I mean they have lots of staff in the kitchen but I still feel they are short staffed. I've seen Mcdo and Jollibee operate flawlessly with just a couple of staff but I don't know what is keeping them so busy.

I would like to express my disgust in this outlet.  For 4 times my visit, the manager of this outlet would say that pm2 is not available.  Imagine, I visited the store 4 times during this month to get the obvious reason that they are not cooking the pm2 until late evening so thay can sell all their pm1.  This is really frustrating.  I hope that you reprimand the managers and the cashier today who even gave me a nakakalokong smile and not apologetic for the inavailability.  There was no notice that it is not available.  Will you punish the customers who do not eat dark meat of chicken.

****** Hell, I'm a patient guy when it comes to food. But seriously! Like F*****n Seriously!? Wtf, the attentiveness of the crew. Especially the cashier is absolutely retarded, Sorry but not sorry. Who misses an order and only punches the drinks? Haaaysss, it's a good thing their manager is attentive. But a captain can't sail its ship on his own. The management here needs new people.
