Wendy's - Taylorsville

This Wendy's in Taylorsville offers a standard Wendy's experience. The food and prices are quite decent. The service was adequate, though not exceptional. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I would certainly return if I'm in the area and looking for a quick, affordable meal.

Every time I order from DoorDash, I never receive the dipping sauce for my nuggets. To be honest, I don't really enjoy the nuggets without it. I wanted to leave a review on the app, but I wasn't sure how, and it offered me credit—though that's not what I was looking for, lol. All I'm asking, Wendy's, is to please do a better job of including the sauces we request in the bag. It may seem trivial, but it really makes the $18 I spent feel disappointing.

If you place an order through the app, I recommend opting for pickup rather than delivery. DoorDash often doesn’t have a complete understanding of your order, and it's common for them to leave with only part of what you ordered. I had to call the manager about my issue, and he wasn’t the most polite or understanding—though I can see why he might be frustrated if he frequently receives complaints about delivery problems. That said, I consistently choose this Wendy's for its fast service and quality food. I used to visit the location on 3500 South, but the service here is ten times better. I really appreciate the quality you provide!
