Taco Bell - Taylor

I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande meal and received a container of chips topped with barely any meat and cold bean sauce. There was no sour cream or tomatoes on it, even though it was 8:30 at night. This was supposed to be one of the better Taco Bell locations, but after this experience, I think I’ll stick to the new one on Northline. I wouldn’t even feed my dog what this place served me. My Taco Supreme was a mess as well, but I was hungry so I ate it anyway. Overall, they ruined my dinner, and I won’t be returning.

I always come to this location and never have issues with the staff. However yesterday at around 6pm I ordered my food the women taking my order was rude and some how things got confused. Which was not a big deal. She rang me up for a deluxe something. It had like 10 tacos or something. I was trying to get the 5 dollar box. She was kinda quick when ordering so I didn’t get a chance to ask why it was so high. I get to the window and figure out why. So I ask if she can just give me a burrito and drink. Because that’s not what I was trying to order. She slams the window and I can here say well it’s already made. Now I can see why that would upset them but at the same time things happen. She opens the window and tells me her manager said i have to pull around in this long line and reorder my food because they can’t fix that at the window. That upset me. how would that even be something you would suggest as a manager? Then she proceeded to slam the window and lock it. Wth! I wave at her to speak to her and ask the managers name and also hers and she throws her hands up At me and slams it again. I had to call back today just to get the managers name from a different shift. Debbie that works at this taco bell is absolutely going to drag the place down giving that kind of customer service. I called another Taco Bell and they tell me Yea we get stuff about that one all the time and apologized. Never again. The worst!

The staff by the window were very friendly, and the service was incredibly quick.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this Taco Bell. They forgot three of my items, and everything in the bag was soaked. It’s frustrating that these are the same people who believe they deserve $15 an hour. What a joke!

Both times me and my husband have tried to go to this taco bell at or right before midnight we have been told they are closed. There posted times and times online state they are open till 2am. This has become very frustrating
