I had a wonderful time with my family! The kids absolutely loved the banana pudding, and the brisket was the best I've ever had! Just for reference, we previously visited Snow BBQ in Lexington, TX, and this was my second time there.

We had: Mutton, Sausage, brisket Side cabbage and potato salad with pickles We love them all! delicious! Friendly and lovely service.

Stop looking. You found it. This is the old school bbq of your dreams. And the banana pudding is fabulous.

I drove out from Bastrop after reading the positive reviews, but unfortunately, it seems I visited on an off day. The brisket was just mediocre, while the ribs were quite good. The pork was acceptable, but the potato salad and cabbage really stood out as the highlights of the meal. The mac and cheese was disappointing, and the green beans tasted like they came from a can. I was expecting a better experience and, unfortunately, I can't recommend this place and won't be going back. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

The ribs and brisket were exceptional. The green beans and pinto beans were among the best I've ever tasted.
