フィードバックを提供するThe staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and helpful, deserving of a five-star rating. The four stars mentioned are not a reflection of their service, but rather of the kiosk system in place. The kiosk can be frustrating to use, so it is best to seek assistance from a staff member. However, I understand that it is meant to improve production efficiency.
The restaurant was okay, but it felt like a fast food joint with a separate area for ordering and picking up food. It reminded me of McDonald's, which I don't like. They do have vegetarian options and are willing to customize dishes for vegetarians. The restaurant is child-friendly and will accommodate children's preferences. The parking space is good, but could use more room.
I struggled with the kiosk ordering system, which is not ideal for seniors. There were two other people waiting for their orders, while four kitchen staff members were working efficiently. Despite taking care of multiple drive-up customers, no one checked on our order. When I finally got someone's attention and asked about my order, I was told they were too busy and that my order didn't show on their board. I expressed my frustration at being ignored despite being seen multiple times. Ultimately, I requested a refund and left, vowing to never return due to the terrible experience.
They were a little slow at weekends (Friday) but the 3 people who had appeared on the work worked out their back and they worked out my order perfectly right.
I have only been here twice and they have gotten my order wrong BOTH times. First time they gave me a meat taco when it was supposed to be black bean. Well, today (3-31-2022) I ordered a power bowl WITH jalapenos (on the app) and guess what? I DID NOT RECEIVE THE JALAPENOS I PAID FOR. I will NOT be returning.
