Food was good but the woman working the window today needs customer service training. No reason the customer should be nicer than the employee. The man was nice but woman will be bad for business. The new mango frozen drink is alright.
Drive thru was slow, the young woman at the window spent extra time helping the older couple in front of me with their special order. The chicken was good but I got spicy instead of the signature chicken I requested. Of course I was home by the time I found out and I wasn't going back to complain.
Gross shrimp and missing food. I ordered two shrimp tackle boxes and a strawberry biscuit. The shrimp were shriveled and dried popcorn shrimp. They forgot one order of fries, strawberry biscuit, and didn't give any sauces. Stay away from this location.
This is my 1rst time come to this restaurant and too bad that the other restaurant that were supposed to go is closed so we end it up in this and I regret it. Ordered 3pcs meal combo 12pcs nuggets meal combo and 5 tenders meal combo in the drive thru and when I get to the window to pay and get our foods I double check our foods in front of the employee i only received 2 sides which is supposed to be 3 and I told the employee who took my order and the lady over there just talked she looks like she’s a manager or I don’t know and she keep saying that she put the 2 sides there and I said I’m missing one where is my fries and she keep saying if u want fries then give the other side and she will replaced it to fries I keep telling them I have 3 meals and she check my order in screen and I know I caught her she knew she gave me a wrong order because I didn’t order 3pcs combo and 2pcs combo but that’s what I have I’m missing tenders with fries so she change it but the worse is she didn’t even apologize she thinks that I just want a free?really make me dissapointed I’m glad the employee say sorry to me but not that lady .
