I had a great experience at a restaurant in Taupo. It was especially nice on a hot day! I tried the Vermicelli Bun Chay, which was light and refreshing, and the portion was quite generous.

We tried all three vegan options on the menu, and they were absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Taupo. #Veganuary
