Panda House - Taunton

I ordered the chicken curry and rice, but it was a solid green lump and the chicken was not fresh. I called Panda House to ask for a refund and the person laughed, saying that the chicken was not fresh because it was cooked in a factory on Monday. Today is Wednesday, and I have the phone call reception as proof.

I had a problem placing an order through Just Eat last week. Unfortunately, both Just Eat and Panda House showed a lack of concern. We used to order from Panda House and always enjoyed their food, but after this incident, we will not be considering Panda House (or Just Eat) for future orders. It's a shame.

Ordered on Sunday night. I'm waiting for them for an hour and they said they already delivered them. They never delivered it when the driver made a mistake. Long story short, girl on the phone was very rude and took the driver word over the customers. Then she hung us up! We just had to eat to get a refund that the restaurant did not authorize. We wanted to go back and forth! After 2 hours and ordering from another Chinese, the driver came to our door to realize that he gave it to the neighbors! We were right. The restaurant has not even accused us of apologising and possessing as there were mistakes. Never order from them again. Terrible service and attitude!
