It was worth the wait for returning customers. One customer had to return a large purchase from online shopping, causing a long line to form. Despite this, the young man handling the transaction did his best. The drive-thru had a long line as well, but staff were polite and helpful throughout the wait. Great job!

I just want to say one big thanks to the brilliant staff yesterday in the women's department. my little girl is lost and they were brilliant. they put the door on so that she could not go, and they made an announcement while she wanted to help me find her. they were so helpful and very friendly when we found them. many thanks also to the buyers who helped me to care for them.

The caffe staff was very helpful and obligated even if I arrived very close to the closing time. I asked for a cheese gun to be warmed up, but it was self-service. I cried out to the waitresses to ask how long I have my sense microwave on microwaves, but unfortunately they did not hear so that I guess and go drastically wrong! I burned my scones, but the waitress reimbursed my £2.00 as a confession, although it was my own fault. she said, if I had pipetted before, my sense could have been replaced, but they had expired until then. I would like to see more of a selection of obst and crumbled in caffe.

I still think this is the best one stop store in Taunton for buying a special occasion outfit. There's also wide range of choices for everyday wear and I love the children' clothes and toy department. I also find the click and collect service really useful, as I have had many bad experiences with online delivery services.
