I have been invited to a business dinner that was mostly a relax type. We should have enjoyed a local food. The restaurant specialty is meat and among that “the spiedo”. (Different type of meats cooked over the fire place). Sounds very good but the meats were dry, the vegetables boaring. Our client had gnocchi with a special herbs that grows in the springtime she tasted few PCs and left the plate. Another had risotto with white asparagus that are in season. Just few asparagus in. Somewhere up hill, but definitely worth it. In the middle of the restaurant there is a fireplace where they grill the meat it smells delicious! The veal was really tasty, soft and juicy, as well as the gnocchi with tomato sauce and basil.
