フィードバックを提供するA luxurious lunch with great food, great presentation and a charming server to explain every dish. A fusion of taste in the 3-course menu de jour plus appetizers. Even the bread was a delicacies with ducks and local beans, soaked in a delicious role. All for $30 Euro! Very recommended!
Just rang from England, speaking perfect polite French, to make a reservation. I had to ring up, and told her I was calling from the UK because I had emailed via their site to request a reservation for 6 people. I was told quite rudely that they do not look at their emails. OK... I then asked about a late reservation and then an early reservation as we are going to a show for the Offrande Musicale in Tarbes. In each case I couldn 't finish my question before being rudely told that those times were not possible. The woman who answered the phone was simply rude, without any customer politesse . As enticing the menu is...I wouldn 't give them my business.
So where to start... first, when you think of the Arcege, you think Alain Passard... The name is ambitious. Besides, maybe the one at night is the identity of the restaurant. Anyway, it's a form. The background: absolutely delicious! This restaurant, in my sense, has a whole star. First, the service was exceptional. I went there two nights in a row and I was rarely as well received. Thank you. So the dishes, without exception, were all incredibly good. To have lived in Asia a few years, the harmony brought by the leader with its Eastern/Western agreements is unique in its genre. This is really a very nice discovery (even if many have tried the same exercise without the same mastery. A special mention for the lotte and the palomb. Pears dessert also had to fall. The meat juice with the palave and Porc's foot juice were delicious. The kitchen was perfect! The tastes brought by smoky, iodine, textures, muds combine and mix almost perfect. Prices are more than reasonable (in the evening: 50€ between dignified dessert 2 amused mouths 60€ for the menu at 50€ and two dishes. Glass with possible wine (6 8€ . In short, a very pleasant experience that I recommend to everyone.
Very professional restaurant with a warm welcome and presentation. Well educated staff with a very sharp service, good presentation of dishes. The quality meal is of good taste with this refined side of the mouth to the desert. Bravo But there's a lot of work left for the first star, we have to continue Thanks for this good time.
Not accustomed to this type of establishment, we celebrated my dad's 70th birthday. The hotel master was able to make us comfortable with a very professionalism. The kitchen is of great quality and we enjoyed our evening. We will come back with great pleasure.
