Il Pineta - TARANTO

It pretends to be a high-level restaurant, with a nice entrance, and a nice welcome, but the waiters are medium/low-level, and they often speak the dialect. It is also overpriced for what they offer. Acceptable overall but nothing to die for.

Good atmosphere ,but service i didn't liked and also staff.Pizza was good and i would visit it really often if i could.

This restaurant was across the road from our hotel and we were very impressed. We enjoyed several lunches and dinners here.Not only werer the food and wine menus excellent the owner prepared special dishes we requested. Hospitality, courtesy and quality!!! avoid other locals and stop at the pine forest, you will go on the safe. after trying the locals of the center to taranto, the stop here was a real pleasure, excellent pizzas and exceptional the first dishes both of land and fish!!!! to return us gladly !!!

In four friends we took two hot fish appetizers to share, two first and two seconds of fish. each dish was appreciated for its invoice and the goto. the service a little lacking: forgotten the water, then the bread. very ugly trolleys for the service at the tables reminiscent of a canteen. With a bottle of wine we spent altogether that the tarantines at the table with us seemed a rather high figure.
