Aguaraja Park - TARANTO

We ordered pizzas witch were very tasty. Nice place, friendly stuff and fair prices. We get soft drink on plastic glasess, witch looked a bit unapropriete for a restaurant.

I don't eat a lot of Pizza (have to watch the middle) but Aguaraja was recommended by my guest house and I am in Italy! What a busy place and not that easy to find if you are a stranger as the sign is not clear. I passed it twice! The road directly opposite the pharmacy and up on the right 100m. The service was excellent and friendly...I luckily got a lady who spoke English.The beer was excellent...they specialise in fine beers. The pizza was medium to poor. The middle of the base was wet and soggy....unforgivable to me. The topping was good. This cost €7 and this should have given me a perfect pizza for that price. I have had fantastic pizzas for under €4 !! Unbelievable but true..see my review for IL 4 Venti. My simple small salad of rocket and tomato cost a hefty €6. I have paid no more than €4, usually €3, anywhere else and in better restaurants. Unfortunately there was a right brat near to me who shouted, and I do mean shouted and screamed, for all the time I was there. Why the heck can the parents not parent him and stop him making everyone around him so uncomfortable? Poor because of the pizza and the prices. So a bit mixed really.

Pizza is delicious and pastries are a delirium! given the covido period and proximity to home, oarlo especially for takeaway; Although I celebrated my daughter's birthday in summer, in the outdoor reserved area and I was very pleased with the service, as well as having had the freedom to decorate and manage our space as we wanted.

Quiet place, delicious pizza and especially so much variety of beer.
