フィードバックを提供するThe donuts and coffee were exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly. However, the bathrooms were not well-maintained. The cleaning chart in the men's restroom hadn't been updated and was dated from September—almost 11 months old.
So it shouldn?t take 45mins to get a coffee. I went inside today at 11:45 and didn?t leave until 12:20. I ordered one coffee and it was made horribly and wrong. The guy taking orders inside was really sweet and trying his best but he needed training and the lady who was supposed to be doing that wasn?t. The other girl was a trainee as well and she didn?t know how to do anything, not even find the vanilla syrup which was in plane sight. The lady who was able to do everything (the trained one) wasn?t helping the trainees and only focused on the drive threw. She was hateful towards the trainees and while I don?t fought the trainees because they were just trying their best without proper training, it still was a mess. There were at least 10 of us waiting in line for 45-1 hour. They need to train people before throwing them in the line of fire and the trainer should do a better job. She didn?t even care about any of us in the lobby. It was a waste of my time and money.
I visited the drive-thru yesterday and was having a really rough day. I was getting fed up with the wait and almost decided to leave when someone came on the intercom to apologize for the delay, assuring me they would be with me shortly. When I finally reached the window to get my coffee, I noticed that one teenage girl was handling everything on her own. She was incredibly sweet, and my coffee tasted great! Her work ethic is commendable, but it's disappointing that management put her in such a challenging situation. That young lady deserves more support.
Awful location!! Avoid at all costs. They will refuse to serve you if you don?t order online. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Great way to lose business to the McDonald?s right down the road.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and while I was in the parking lot, another customer informed me that they were only accepting mobile orders. As I was trying to download the app, I saw several people being turned away, and then an employee came and locked the doors. Once I finally downloaded the app and selected my order, I encountered payment issues. Even if I could have paid, the app indicated that I needed to pick up my order inside, which I couldn't do since the doors were locked. I won't be returning and will take my business elsewhere.
