Etna People - TAORMINA

We have joined the good morning etna tour that included a sandwich. they can choose between 3 options, one of them vegan. it was filled with zucchini, aubergines and tomatoes. it was delicious, but a little dry. they also brought us olive oil, which you could simply add to the sandwich. they also served some wee, a liqueur and a few baked, I'm not quite sure if this was vegan so to be sure that they probably need to ask them.

We have booked a day tour to visit mt etna and alcantara sluts and when they did not say any problem to provide a vegan option for lunch, we have not expected much. the vegan option was amazing and so much better than the other options! our leader was excellent and the whole day was amazing.
