Chateau Belleview - Tannersville

"The highlight of our weekend trip to Tannersville was undoubtedly this restaurant! The staff were friendly, the food was outstanding, and the ambiance had a classic French charm. I can't recommend it enough! We definitely plan to come back if we're in the area again. Thank you!"

Château Belleview in Tannersville, New York, left much to be desired during my visit. The beef carpaccio appetizer arrived frozen and covered in ice chips, which was quite off-putting. The entrées, along with the mashed potatoes and rice sides, were sadly inedible. The tiramisu was overly soaked in rum, and the sorbet contained vodka. While some may find these flavors appealing, they can be concerning for those who are pregnant, sober, on medication, or allergic to alcohol. It's completely unacceptable to serve dishes with alcohol without informing the guests, especially since these ingredients were neither listed on the menu nor mentioned in the description.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant while celebrating my teammate's bachelor party. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and we had a fantastic time. I will definitely miss this place!

The best food in Hunter, Tannersville, and Windham! Simply delicious. I can’t believe I waited so long to visit this place. The mussels, crab cakes, avocado stuffed with crab meat, filet mignon, and salmon are all outstanding!

Amazing food with a great view and the nicest staff!
